Cincinnati State offers online transcript ordering through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) self-service secure site.

Official Transcript Ordering

Please Note: Effective immediately, official transcripts are $5 per copy (electronic, mail or pickup).

Delivery options:
*Faxing transcripts is no longer available.

• Electronictranscripts are processed in 3-5 business days. The National Student Clearinghouse will notify the recipient that your transcript is ready for retrieval at the email address you provided when you placed the order.
• Mail– Paper transcripts are processed in 3-5 business days and sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Processing time does not include USPS logistics. Please allow for a minimum of 10 business days or more for delivery by the USPS.
• In-Person/Hold for Pickup – Paper transcripts are processed in 3-5 business days. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup Confirmation” email when the transcript is available. Our office is located in 105 ATLC building, 3520 Central Parkway. A photo ID is required for pickup.
• Office Hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

*Students who attended Cincinnati State prior to 1986, or attended Bethesda School of Nursing before 1991, or Great Oaks School of Practical Nursing before 2009 are only able to receive paper copies of transcripts via mail or in-person/hold for pickup.

Unofficial Transcript Ordering

Current Cincinnati State students can access their Unofficial Transcripts through Self-Service. Using the left navigation, click on ‘Academics’ (grad cap image) then scroll down to “Unofficial Transcript”. If you no longer have access to Self-Service, please use the Unofficial Transcript Request form to request an unofficial transcript. These documents are unofficial and should not replace the official signed and sealed transcript provided by the registrar.
